Discovery Channels and Philo - "no login form found"

I am recently getting the error "no login form found" when trying to watch any of the TVE channels that are now part of Discovery Plus. Philo is our provider and all other channels work without issue. This happens on the latest stable and pre-release builds.

Once you update to the latest prerelease, click the gear icon next to Philo and select Update Password.

Issue persists even after updating password.

Can you click Support > Submit Diagnostics from your DVR.

Are you sure you upgraded to pre-release? What version is shown on the DVR web UI. The Update Password button for Philo only works starting with v2021.05.25.xxxx

Updated to the latest pre-release and it’s still not working for me either. Logs submitted.

Can you try upgrading again to v2021.05.25.2334. Then after the upgrade completes: click the gear icon next to Philo, select Rescan Lineup, scroll down to HGTV, and click rescan next to it.

I started getting that error on v2021.05.26.1807.

I did update password, clicked the gear icon next to Philo, select Rescan Lineup, scroll down to HGTV (ch6104), and click rescan next to it. still "no login form found". Same for all channels between ch6101-ch6114 all show "no login form found"

During update password did it send you an email with a link to click on? Please submit diagnostics from your DVR.

I am on prelease 2021.05.26.1807

I received the email to authorize access and it started scanning - issue persists

Trying to submit Diagnostics Logs but never receive the ID to let you know

Just updated to 2021.05.27.2202

Reset password, click on link. Manually scan channels, same issue.

If you can email [email protected] with your c:\programdata\channelsdvr\data\settings.db file that will help us figure out why this is not working correctly.

(BTW. I can access all DSC channels using Philo app.)

Please try updating to v2021.05.27.2310 and then simply rescan HGTV (without Update Password).

I'm having this issue now with Philo on latest release @ 2021.08.28.0245. Is there a different release I should be using?

Update: emailed support @ Help with DVR Diagnostic Log 3caefd60-300c-4662-ad29-11060d93e8ac — Unable to add TVE channels from Philo. Error received "no login form found". Tried on latest release and pre-release. Last attempt @ 2021.08.28.0245.

What are running the Channels DVR server on?

Nvidia Shield 2017 16 GB with 500 GB SSD set as adapted internal storage.
