Please try updating to v2021.05.27.2310 and then simply rescan HGTV (without Update Password).

I'm having this issue now with Philo on latest release @ 2021.08.28.0245. Is there a different release I should be using?
Update: emailed support @ Help with DVR Diagnostic Log 3caefd60-300c-4662-ad29-11060d93e8ac — Unable to add TVE channels from Philo. Error received "no login form found". Tried on latest release and pre-release. Last attempt @ 2021.08.28.0245.
What are running the Channels DVR server on?
Nvidia Shield 2017 16 GB with 500 GB SSD set as adapted internal storage.

Is that a fix for any Provider using any server, or is it specific to Philo?
Just for Philo because of how their authentication works.
I am still getting a "no login form found" message for SCI And DIY after clicking "Update Password" and having Philo re-verify my account as a result.

Known issue on Synology.
Only current workaround until the devs fix it is to run it in a docker container on your Synology.
Synology issues are fixed in v2021.08.30.2043
