We went to watch Chopped which should have recorded last night, but there was an error recording.
I deleted the FIOS source, re-added it, and the block from 6101-6114 shows "no login form found". I re-scanned. I updated the Mac to 13.2 and rebooted. I deleted the chrome data folder, ran Chrome, logged into Food Network, re-scanned and re-added the source a few more times.
I can watch Food Network (for example) via logging into the foodnetwork.com site without a problem using my FIOS credentials.
Any suggestions for stuff I haven't tried?
