I have confirmed that my PC is set correctly.
No problems with the guide. The time is also correct in the logs so it just seems to be a display bug.
Logs have been submitted as 725ff46a-d1d6-47d8-aedd-16d1d0e90c01 .
I just upgraded to the latest beta and it's back to normal now.
