Do I have the latest IOS version?

I normally run the Android viewer, but I need the download feature and it only exists on IOS. So I dusted off the old iPad and I'm wondering if I have the latest beta.

I have version 12.1.133. Is this the latest beta? If not, I forget how to upgrade.
