Now that the DVR is out of beta it would be really helpful to have a single location (web page/wki) with all the various back end commands that really make/expand ChannelsDVR. I understand that the API is “private”… but with a disclaimer and understanding that the commands can change/be disabled at any time it would still be useful to have them all in one place instead of having to search the forums for commands and use ones that may be obsolete.
Some examples:
- Add a secondary location to archive recordings but still have them available in the channels list.
- Change the Ethernet/network interface that Bonjour advertises on
- Rescan recordings and rebuild/update details in the database; prune deleted files from the database.
- Allowing (macos) to sleep.
