Dolby Digital 5.1 using Remote DVR

Hello

Does Remote DVR pass DD 5.1 audio? I am running the Channels DVR on a remote Nvidia Shield and watching it on my Apple TV with the Dolby Digital 5.1 enabled.

Yes at higher quality settings it passes 5.1
