Hello! Sometimes the double-click of the right direction pad doesn’t always skip the commercial block as marked. It’s not all the time. Works sometimes, and sometimes doesn’t… can’t figure out if there’s a common thread for when it does or doesn’t work. I’ve tried with both a Harmony Elite remote and the Shield remote and I’m not sure if the problem is with the Shield itself or somehow with my configuration. Any special tips/tricks I should know or check regarding the remotes?
It could be speed that’s getting you, but one “special tip” since you have a Harmony Elite… If you have the Fast Forward/Skip Forward button setup with Skip Forward on a long press you can just long press that button to skip instead of double clicking.
