Down-mix ATSC 3.0 Audio to stereo?

I often use headphones when watching on my tablet and phone. I just started using my new HDHR 4k to record ATSC 3.0 transmissions and the vocal track is all in my left ear. Is there a setting or way to downmix the
audio? I'm guessing my Kindle Fire tablet isn't designed to handle 5.1 even without my headphones.

Is there a separate beta program in the Amazon Appstore or do I just sideload the Android beta app?

There's a button under Settings > Support to side load it
