is there way to downgrade dvr software on freenas after I updated by holding shift and update due to more problems since updated

what has been very choppy on all my channels and doesnt seem to matter what device on
my signals are both 100%
If live tv is choppy that’s not related to the DVR version.
What devices are you using? Does the official HDHR app work or has the same issue?
Sounds like a Wi-Fi problem
firetv new app 2.0.8 and also web Version on phone and there app also choppy.hdhr app seems to be fine
For OTA channels or Premium TV?
Is it buffering and showing the timeline? Do you have the quality setting at Original on FireTV?

You can go to the Player tab and turn off Deinterlacing. Does that help?
I dont have have that option on my fire tv
when watching through channels app will be watching then it will pause for second and info bar pops up and then goes back to playing it is random on timing . my hdhr app is fine
I can have hdhr app running on ftv perfect
run channels on iPad and live keeps sputtering

seemed to be good first few days then did the shift upgrade and things have been bad since .I have done remote and in home with app on ftv and ipad
Does it show any errors on the Log tab of the DVR?
On Fire TV go to player settings tab and click Submit Diagnostics > Video Player
have sent diagnostic multiple times
