Dropped Corrupted Packet

DVR seems to have a high number of corrupted shows lately. They'll stream through Channels on any device but with lots of audio & visual glitches. If I try to access the file directly on my iMac (via the external hard drive), Quicktime won't play or preview it. I can play in browser, but it does have the glitches.

A snippet from the log is below. This is shown over and over when streaming these shows. There isn't anything consistent that I can find. Different channels, different qualities, different dates, different lengths, etc. Mixed in are shows that seem to be perfectly fine. I can't find any consistency.

I'm using a top of the line iMac on Mojave. I have dependable gigabit internet (hard-wired). I experience the issues across iPhones, iPads, AppleTVs, and an iMac. I don't watch much live TV, but I haven't seen any issues when I do.

Are there error messages shown while recording?

You can check the HDHR web ui while recordings are happening to see what the tuner status says about the signal quality.

If the Mac and HDHR are plugged into different switches sometimes that can cause problems.

I'll try to monitor during recording, but I'm rarely at the location during recordings. Everything is on the same switch and had been working flawlessly for months until recently.
