Dropping frames on all clients

Is it happening with older TestFlight builds?

I'm guessing it's related to the 15.3 tvOS beta

Just tried the build from 12.22.1829 and yes, still happening.

That was my thought at first too, but happening with iOS as well.

You could try switching video drivers, but seems like something else more basic is going wrong.

Maybe try downloading a show to iOS and playing that to compare.

Downloaded, still dropping frames.

Just reinstalled the server as well, no luck.

Is it happening with v5.1.1?

Figured it out. I'm using a DNS filter on my network and it was affecting the streams from all of the Viacom channels. Sorry to waste your time, but hopefully others can learn from my mistake.
