So I come home from work and looking forward to sitting down to some recorded show. Now my nas had other ideas. My HHD has crashed. So I can't get to the Channels Dvr web interface. I copied over all the folder (I was able to logon to do that much). I ordered a new drive. Should be here tomorrow. Do I just re-install channel DVR and then copy the folders back over to the new drive on the nas? I would hate to lose all my show and scheduling.
You didn't have redundancy setup ? or did you only have 1 drive in the NAS?
Only had on drive, but I will have a raid setup from now on.
