I recently switched from a Windows 10 PC to a DS920+. Channels DVR server is up and running. However, when I run a speed test, the download speed is only in the 60+ Mbit/s range. The PC system I was running on was over 200 Mbit/s
The Channels DVR app is on a Firestick Max 4K.
I have tried with and without bonding the two DS920 ports.
Any ideas on what configuration the DS920 needs to get a faster speed?

The speedest is the network speed between your Client and the DVR ... Are you on WFI or ethernet if on WFI you might be connected to the lowest speed on your router.
DS920 is on ethernet. Firestick is WIFI. Same as when I was using the PC as the DVR server. I would expect the same performance.
Have you tried a speedtest from another device ... PC ?

Does your WiFi router have 2 frequency options (2.4G and 5G)? I found that when my Firestick is on the 2.4G network the speedtest is ~60 Mbit/s but on the 5G network ~250 Mbit/s - big playback difference especially with commercial skips.
If you have SmartConnect that is not so smart disable it and separate 2.4 and 5ghz.
Both Firesticks are connected on 5G. Both have the same speedtest of ~60 Mbit/s.
The PC WIFI test above with 43.74 Mbit/s is also on 5g.
5GHz frequencies give faster speeds, but only when the devices are near and have clear line-of-sight. Increase the distance, or put walls in the way, and the speed quickly drops. Higher frequencies are also subject to more interference.
2.4GHz frequencies are much more resilient, and can handle distances much better than 5GHz can.
You definitely have some issues... That latency is terrible for wired on the same subnet. If things were fine with channels on the PC and are not now with it on the NAS, you should zero in there. Not sure what the problem is but you should be 1ms with no jitter on a wired network.
Just as a comparison on my DS920+ going from my pc to the nas. I am also using a 3rd party usb 2.5 network adapter on it. Currently only hooked to a 1 gig switch though. But I got same performance even with the 1 gig on the DS920+. Also have to cameras feeding to it 24/7. Also all wired.
I can't compare with a amazon fire stick. I retired those long ago when I went to nvidia shield and then to apple tvs.
