DVB-C Support Added to HDHR5-2DT/4DT?

According to the latest firmware a bonus for European customer is "the DVB-T DUO and QUATRO firmware now supports DVB-C cable standards. DVB-C support is enabled automatically on HDHR5-2DT and HDHR5-4DT models by upgrading to the latest firmware".

Does anyone know what this really means ? I have the Connect Quattro but for sure it has no cable input ?

It means that you can now plug in a cable feed instead of your antenna for regions using the DVB standard.

However, it is only for unencrypted content, as conditional access (CI/CI+) is not supported.

(Essentially this turns a current Quattro into a new 5th gen Expand.)
