DVR Access Failure Haven't seen this

I am getting DVR Access Failure java.net.noroutetohostexception: no route to host. This is after my ip address changed and trying to sign into app on firestick. away.

Means no network connectivity. Is it connected to the internet?

Yeah. Other programs are functioning on the same device.

Does my.channelsdvr.net load?

Yes. It loads. Just tested.

Submit diagnostics from client device after error

I don't think I can because it displays that error after clicking away home and authenticating.

Here is from my end 17abd25d-ce0d-45f9-b838-c8f4b77d2621

There is a help or support button to send diagnostics even if the app is disconnected

Oh okay.. I did see that. Okay.. Let me do that. Does it ask for email address or do I post it here.

I did the diagnostics on the device but it didn't give me a code or anything.

Got it

awesome.. thank you.

Shows QR code auth succeeding, then it tries to connect to your DVR using the correct subdomain and is getting an error. I'm not sure why. Maybe you can try running firefox apk and see if that connects.

should I delete the app completely and reinstall.

Seems like a system issue but you can try it

would the issue be on my channels server side?

Don't think so. You said you can connect via my.channelsdvr.net. Its a routing issue on the client side. No route to requested host.
