DVR can't play moved files

I added 2 new storage paths for the DVR and moved some TV shows and Movies there and now the web interface won't play them; all I get is a message that says Reconnecting.... and nothing happens. When I try playing the shows from Fire TV I get a Playback Failed message. I deleted and re-added the paths but shows/movies still don't play

How can I fix this?

Possible permission issue with the locations.
What are you running Channels DVR on and where are the locations you moved the files to?

It’s probably looking for the movies I the old location easiest thing is probably to remove the local content source and add it again with the new locations.

Doesn't sound like he's talking about local content imports. Sounds more like additional storage locations.

My storage paths look like:

I moved the file from N:\DVR where it was recorded to P:\Movies - DVR 2

The DVR is running on an USB drive (N:\DVR) on a Windows PC. I added P:\Movies - DVR 2 as an additional storage location and moved the file from N: to P:

Copied more of the log error for another file; same problem.

What's the full path to the new place where the file exists

As soon as I read that I realized I had the path wrong. I was just putting the movies and TV shows in a different folder; I wasn't putting them in a "TV" or a "Movie" folder.

Originally I moved them to:
O:\Vol 2 - Channels DVR\When Calls the Heart S07E00 Home for Christmas 2019-12-25-1959.mpg
Instead of:
O:\Vol 2 - Channels DVR\TV\When Calls the Heart\When Calls the Heart S07E00 Home for Christmas 2019-12-25-1959.mpg

I fixed the folder structure and it works now. Thank you for your help.
