DVR crash - cannot connect to Channels DVR

I run Channels DVR on QNAP server connected to a HDHomeRun Prime (cablecard). I've been running it since January and it's been rock solid. Until today.

I tried to connect to the server via Chromecast wGTV and get a message there is no Channels DVR server. Tried to connect via Windows, same. It was working just a few minutes earlier. Connected to the HDHomeRun directly and can tune/watch channels.

rebooting my QNAP server to see if it fixes the problem but this is a little disconcerting. I am flying to Italy Monday for two months and one reason for my Channels DVR setup is so I can watch US TV from my house in Italy. crossing fingers.

UPDATE: Reboot restored my Channels DVR - did lose what was being recorded - does cause me some concern as I will be away in Italy for two months remote from the server. Don't know if it is a QNAP issue or a Channels one.

BTW - I am running beta - upgrading server
2021.08.19.2122 - waiting to upgrade to 2021.08.20.1546...

Have you submitted Diagnostics from the DVR web UI?
Support>Troubleshooting>Submit Diagnostic Logs

Maybe they can see what caused the crash.

Thanks - good idea - just did. I do think it was likely a QNAP problem as my Roon server also went offline. Rebooted the QNAP and everything back to normal. Hopefully the server will stay stable over the next 2 months...
