DVR’d shows audio video out of sync on HiSense Android TV

I have a HiSense H8G 50” TV that runs Android TV version 9. The channels DVR app was working fine for a few days but now any recorded show I watch has AV sync issues. The audio does not match the video. The sound is delayed by a few seconds. Live TV works fine. I use a Synology NAS as my server.

My Apple TV boxes work fine on my other tv’s.

Any help with this would be great? I can’t be the only one doing this? I bought two of these TVs specifically to use Channels DVR on Android TV.

Have you tried changing the audio settings? Turn Surround Sound to Off. Does that help?
