DVR disappeared from ATV4K

The “DVR” and “Recordings” tabs are simply missing from the ATV app. This has happened before, but restarting has always fixed the issue. I have restarted the app, restarted the ATV, and restarted my computer. The connections are good. I confirmed the Channels DVR process is running on my computer/server.

Any ideas what is going on?

You can try unchecking and rechecking the Bonjour checkbox on the DVR web UI.

Also check the Log tab to make sure there are no errors.

I cycled bonjour and also ran “fix Ethernet settings” which was flagged in the web ui. I restarted the ATV and we are back up and running.
