I've installed the DVR server on my NVidia Shield (2018 model with all latest software updates) and it works OK but I have to manually enable the DVR every time the Shield reboots. Is this normal?
did you install it on the external storage ? the DVR should be Installed on internal storage and then you can set the recordings on external storage.
My hard drive is set up as internal storage. I don't have anything set up as external storage.
If you have channels DVR installed on your USB drive then it will not load at startup.
Best case is USB drive as external storage.
I did that and it's starting automatically now. Thanks for your help!
