Sometime between yesterday (6SEP2017) and today (7SEP2017), all guide data was lost in the Channels DVR causing all scheduled recordings for today to not record. Live TV guide data was still available in Channels on all four ATVs. I attempted restarting the DVR server, verified that the tuner was accessible, rebooted, updated the firmware on the HDHomeRun tuner, I had to refresh the tuner through the Channels DVR web UI. All detected channels appeared for the tuner in the web UI, but guide data would not appear until I refreshed the tuner. Any thoughts on what can be done to research the issue and avoid this in the future?
What does the Log say?
I completely missed your reply! Where are the logs stored on Windows?
C:\ProgramData\ChannelsDVR\data\channels-dvr.log
You can also right click the system tray icon and click View Log
