Dvr guide not found on Drobo


my dvr is not finding the guide from the cable provider when enter my Zip code

Are you able to SSH into the drobo and run some commands?

ls -alh /etc/ssl/certs

Also which package did you use to install onto the Drobo?

The latest package is https://channels-dvr.s3.amazonaws.com/drobo/ChannelsDVR.tgz

how to SSH into the drobo ?

I’m not sure off-hand, since I don’t have a Drobo. I think you may have installed a broken older package though, because this bug was fixed. Where did you find the drobo install instructions and package?

For ssh you can install “dropbear” app from the drobo dashboard.

Do you use a Mac or pc?

Once you install Dropbear, open Terminal.app on your Mac.

Find the IP of your Drobo and type:

ssh root@IP – ls -alh /etc/ssl /etc/ssl/certs

And copy/paste all the output here.
