Hi, for some reason it seems the DVR completely missed recording the first hour and a half of the Oscars. I just tuned in, went to Recordings, and tried to watch from the beginning. Unfortunately all I see is the current live tune-in. Any logs or anything I could help provide?
You would first want to look at the log. It’s on the web Page. Look to see what happened at the time the show started. You could paste a small section here or send the log in an email to support
Just looked and found a couple of interesting lines in the log in bold. I can see this morning (at 8:58AM) that I set the DVR to record the Oscars, which should have triggered the recording 8hrs, 31mins later (at 5:30PM). Didn’t seem to occur until 6:25PM, though…

Super weird. What kind of system is the DVR running on?
It’s a Mac mini (Late 2014) running Sierra (10.3.3). Specs are: 2.8 GHz Intel Core i5; 8GB RAM. I have it set to never fall asleep too.
Do you have “set date and time automatically” enabled in Date & Time Preferences?
Yessir–I never had it set for anything other than automatic.
