DVR not scheduling shows set to record all

I just set up 2 passes for my wife to record Ellen @ 3pm and Dr. Phil at 4pm. When I check scheduled recordings, it is not recording Dr.Phil tomorrow, next Wed and Fri. 4 Tuners, set pass to record all. Any ideas why it's skipping certain airings? I did double check that the show is airing and has different descriptions from all the rest.

Can you check the DVR web UI and see what it shows when you view that episode tomorrow?

It's possible the DVR already recorded that episode so it's skipping it. You can edit your pass on the web UI and check the "Re-record deleted option" to re-record episodes that have previously been recorded and then deleted.
