Maybe run a filesystem or disk check on the C drive
How do I do this
No errors
This is very strange.
Try using a different zipcode, change it by one digit
Changing zip code didnât work. I restored the computer back to a previous date and got part of the log.
Uninstalled channels renamed the folder then reinstalled. Still no go. Here is the log after reinstall.
I guess you gave up. I certainly canât fix it. Let me know if it canât be resolved so I can cancel my subscription.
Unfortunately I'm not sure what else to try. Your OS and harddrive are returning "IO error". If you need to cancel you can do so on getchannels.com/account
Yeah it definitely looks like your machine is having major problems. Restoring back to factory settings would likely fix it but of course youâd have to start from scratch.
Just formatted the puter and reloaded. What a pain but problem solved. All working again. Thanks for trying to help.
Glad that solved the issue. Just in case, I would recommend running diagnostics on your hard disk just to be sure you donât have a hardware issue there.
Got a new digital HD just to make sure. Runs faster with the new HD so win win.
