Can you SSH into the NAS?

Run these commands and copy/paste the output to me:

ls -alhrt /etc/ssl/certs

And then run this, which should fix it:

mkdir -p /etc/ssl/certs
wget -q -O /etc/ssl/certs/cacert.pem https://curl.haxx.se/ca/cacert.pem

this is what I’m getting when i run that command
Drobo5N2:~ $ ls -alhrt /etc/ssl/certs
ls: /etc/ssl/certs: No such file or directory

Okay, it got removed somehow. Run the second two commands and it should fix the issue.

still not working

Run these commands and paste the output.

I’m getting the below message
Drobo5N2:~ $ mkdir -p /etc/ssl/certs
mkdir: can’t create directory ‘/etc/ssl/’: Permission denied

Okay thanks. Try this:

sudo mkdir -p /etc/ssl/certs
sudo wget -q -O /etc/ssl/certs/cacert.pem https://curl.haxx.se/ca/cacert.pem

sorry still not working
