DVR Pre-Release: Placeholder guide data

That worked before when there was no guide data. Now it uses the placeholder guide data.

Ah, I see. This makes for an interesting edge case. Without guide data you cannot record, but the new placeholder data almost seems to remove the point of the tvc-guide-* tags.

Perhaps an option added to each Custom Channel to selectively enable the generated 1 hour blocks of guide data?

Thanks @chDVRuser, the second picture shows the issue. It's harder to read when you're at the 30 minute mark, too.
