DVR Recording not working

I no longer have the record function on Apple TV. Account is up to date and so is the app. Anyone else having this issue

Check your client settings, it may be in kiosk mode or something causing that.

Generally lack of record button means the app is not able to talk to the DVR, or the DVR doesn't have guide data configured correctly.

Same issue here, my server did update to the latest MacOS last night - 10.15.7. Want to record the presidential town halls.

A reboot of the Mac mini did the trick
