DVR Server not found

Hello I cannot get my AppleTV or my iOS apps to find the server.

I originally had it on my Synology NAS. I made some network changes and moved the DVR to a Mac mini.

I can login to the DVR settings from a Mac but the apps do not see it.

When I click on troubleshooting everything is checked green.

Any help?

Try clicking connect and enter the IP of your Mac

I did that with the IP and the ip plus the port no. No luck. I had an IT friend of mine trying to help me figure it out. No luck.

Perhaps there is a firewall of some kind on the Mac mini? If so you need to disable it or open the port.
