I noticed that sometimes when watching Live TV locally, that the activity section does not update to reflect that activity is active. I have been able to reproduce with iOS app when switching from cellular to WiFi and start to watch live TV. The Activity section does not log that I am watching TV from my iOS device. Force quitting the app sometimes gets the activity logging back.
I have not been able to reproduce when using tvOS app.
