Just curious…how can you charge for the channels app when there are soooo many issues with the app?

right now i cant even find my dvr but it was there yesterday and it says my subscription is active
Well, if you can tell us what the issues are then we will try to fix them.
Lots of families including ours use the app every day. We work hard to make sure it works well and most bugs are fixed promptly after someone reports them.

So in the ATV app you’re not seeing the DVR tab?
Try opening http://127.0.0.1:8089 on your computer and uncheck and recheck the Bonjour option.
my dvr app disappeared from my laptop., and also from my tv. I unchecked and rechecked bonjour nothing worked!

How about in the windows system tray next to the click, so you see the Channels DVR icon there?
If not, try to click the Start Menu and search for Channels DVR to run it.
i fixed it…not sure how but very frustrating…every day new problem…now my tv wont load…when i go to turn it on, i select a program, click it and nothing…it wont load
i unplugged the tv and now its working except the pic is all jumbled
The issues you’re describing all sound like there’s a bad network connection between your ATV and your hdhomerun. Is your ATV connected to Wi-Fi or wired into the router? What model router are you using?
ok im not sure i even have the right kind of plug connected. i have my laptop right next to my tv. the computer is plugged into LAN2 in the router. Is that right? My bedroom tv hasnt been working. Its all squigly. I cannot locate the dvr on either tv even though ive reclicked the bonjour. your help is appreciated!!!

could you refund last months fee. My dvr hasnt worked in almost a month. Also could you please tell me how to fix it. As usual, it was working fine and one day it wasnt! i cant even uncheck bonjour.
