This is a new issue within the alast week. I start watching a recording and pauses and won't restart. The only way to solve the issue is completely get out of the dvr, restart it and then it works. This is all on our Apple TV
Next time it happens go to the bottom of the Settings tab and click Submit Diagnostics > Video Player and then post here.
If you still have two DVRs on your network then the app may be getting confused and switching between the two randomly.
OK I hit submit diagnostics and it said it was uploaded. Where did it go? How do I retrieve the log?

It seems there is some sort of problem with your E: drive. Windows is saying that it's "dirty" and not allowing new files to be created. I would recommend running some health checks on it.
I also received the logs you submitted from your Apple TV. Those show that the ATV is failing to connect to your DVR PC after some time. This could be related to the disk problem above, or could indicate a separate networking issue. Is the PC plugged into the router? We strongly recommend hardwired connections for the DVR instead of WiFi.
