DVR Tab disappears from Channels App

System was working fine, then one day DVR disappeared. No error code in Log - I have reinstalled the app and rebooted web page. Mac OS is set not to sleep.

Any suggestions?

Please go to the bottom of the Settings tab and click Submit Diagnostics button

Have you tried clicking Connect to Channels DVR and entering the IP of your DVR

Hi. Yes I have submitted several times over the last few days. Also, I have entered the IP address of my iMac but the response is that there is no DVR at that address.

What is your hdhomerun device id?

OK. I have re-entered the IP address again and this time it worked. I have been trying all week to no avail. Not sure why it has come back now. If it disappears again I shall let you know.

Ok cool. What device are you running Channels on?

Apple 4K. HD HR ID is 10729FA9.

The problem keeps coming back. Also, it shows a different (incorrect) IP address for the server. When I renter the correct address it says “error - the channels DVR server was not found at the up address”. I know the server is not asleep and have even installed amphetamine to ensure the drive stays awake. Please help!

What IP does it show and what is the correct IP?
