DVR time out

I’m not at home. In fact, I’m in the US but far away from home.

I am trying to login to the Channels server with the iOS app on iPad. I continue to get a DVR time out error.

Any suggestions? I left my computer on at home so I don’t think there is an issue with the server at home. Thanks!

Does my.channelsdvr.net work in a browser?

When I try that, it eventually gives me a page not found.

I’m guessing then it is my computer at home? If so, if I call to have my Mac restarted, that should help?

Hard to say, could be the computer or the router’s port forwarding settings.
