DVR Transcoding Started to Fail - Error submitting video frame to the encoder

Recently my encoder has just decided to break. I haven't changed anything hardware or software wise, no OS updates, no rebooting. It just started failing recently:

The player just constantly freezes, saying encoding, encoding stopped. over and over and I can't get a stream anymore for encoded content

What kernel version (uname -a)

Linux truenas 6.12.0-production+truenas < This has not changed for a couple months

Still having trouble with my 15th gen iGPU. Failing back to my ARC310 card works fine. It stutters, goes into negative frame rates -5.4 for example. then goes nuts to about 200ftp then settles back at around 60fps which is the sweet spot.

6.12.15-production+truenas

Something similar with A770 cards but my A310 works fine. My iGPU worked fine for awhile and then started failing about 2 months ago:
