Edit Commercials not working

In the web admin. Go to Recordings, choose Edit Commercials from the drop down. It does not bring up the screen to edit commercial. The only UI feedback is a small spinning circle at the lower center of the screen. Verified the edl and mpg files are valid.

Does the JS console show any errors?

No errors in the console. Reloaded the page several times and picked Edit Commercials but no errors are shown.
