Hi, I don't recall making any changes. But my audio suddenly stopped working.
- Channels Server = Windows 10 VM
- Channels = Nvidia Shield Pro 2019
- Source 1 = HDHomeRun 4K
- Source 2 = YouTube TV 4K
The lower local TV channels on HDhomerun have audio.
But the higher digital channels and ALL of the YouTube TV channels have no audio passing through.
I uninstalled & reinstalled Channels on both the VM and Shield and started fresh, but it didn't change anything. What else can I try?
I may have been on the Beta program but I removed myself from it before doing the reinstall.
Btw, audio is fine when I playback on Windows 10 via webpage. It's only through the Shield. I'd rather not reset Shield to factory defaults if I don't have to.
All other apps on the Shield are working fine.
EDIT: I ruled out Channels by swapping my Shield over to another basic TV and everything works there. Will focus on my AVR receiver & HDMI cabling now.
EDIT 2: I think it may be a flakey HDMI cable.
