When I schedule the recording of an individual NFL game, I schedule the recording to end 60 minutes late in case the game has overtime, and this works fine. However, if I create an NFL season pass, I can’t set it to end the recordings more than 15 minutes late. I then modified each recording scheduled for the season pass to end 60 minutes late. The next day, these recordings reverted to be ended 15 minutes late. So there are 2 bugs here. But I would be happy if I could just create an NFL season pass with an end time 60 minutes late. I’m sorry if I put this in the wrong category. The description for the DVR category seems to indicate that it is intended for requests for the future direction of the DVR and not for bugs.
Ah good catch. This is an edge case with the logic.
Channels only offers the longer options for sporting events. But because of the data, the NFL series is just that, a series. So the longer options aren’t made available. Good catch.
We’ll look at how we can catch things like leagues better.

I’ve just recently returned home from quite a lot of business travel. I was able to test this new functionality this weekend. I am now able to create an NFL season pass that records the games ending 60 minutes late. Thanks for fixing the problem.
This bug still exists on tvos and ios clients. For it to work correctly, I have to create the season pass on the QNAP NAS where my DVR is installed. When do you think you can also fix the bug on the tvos and ios clients?
Ahhh, you’re creating a Series Pass for the “show” NFL? I thought you were making a a Team Pass for a team.
The thing you’re making a pass for is not considered a sporting event group, oddly enough. Therefore it doesn’t have the options set up for sporting event groups, like if you had made a Pass for a specific Team.

Yes, a season pass for the NFL. You already fixed this problem on the DVR, which I have installed on QNAP. All you need to do is fix it the same way on the tvos and ios clients.
How much longer do I need to wait for a response? I’ve been waiting for months! Am I addressing the wrong person? Now I’m trying to do this with NBA, not NFL.

It may be fixed in tvOS for sporting series passes but if I want to extend the end time of a normal tv program that follows a sports program I am still limited to 15 minutes in the options - if a sports program goes over by an hour (common) all subsequent prime time shows will also get delayed yet I’m limited in the options to only 15 minutes at most.
Any idea if a greater number of end time extension options is coming for regular programming ?
