Endless Activity Loop on Remote Client

I’m logged into Xfinity TVE and one of my remote clients is starting and stopping on channels 6083 and 6086. I am not sure what is causing this but it is also having the effect of increasing the load on my Mac mini server.

In the activity section I'm getting the message that it is starting the channel, the the transcoder runs, and then it say starting (this switches from channel 6083 and 6086) in an endless loop. I'm not sure how to stop the client as it is several hours away from me. The activity keeps running even when I turn Remote DVR off. The client is running off a TiVo Stream (Android TV).

I submitted logs to support earlier today on this but wondering if anyone here might be able to help out.

Hmm, maybe you can block the IP on your router firewall ?
