OP is in Australia which is an outlier Gracenote region
OP is also using XMLTV provided by HDHR which is correct. The data matches theirs exactly. You are not able to see the "5 min" in their app but the data is the same.

Ahh, most likely guide isn't tagging the episodes as "New".
yep you're correct - they not tagging as "New" for some reason. If I set to all episodes, it finds 5 matches

OK, now set the channel and check the Schedule to verify.
yep that has identified Monday and Tuesday episodes on channel 70, 1 hour 45 mins each.
Just an issue with the EPG not containing "new" tags we think?
yep, I never rely on them tagging new episodes as New.
Channels DVR won't re-record an episode it already recorded, so safe to record all.
yeah just end up with repeats from any previous seasons I guess. Although thankfully they seem to be relegated to the non-main channel.
