EPG update in DVR from DVB signal

Hi,

I just bought a year subscription to DVR.

I'm trying to configure EPG data to use DVB signal because here in Finland we don't have functioning providers elsewhere.

I guess i've tried every option from those finnish choises, what is the correct? :smiley:

Well it says supported in EU. I have to ask them for more detailed info.

I just like this Channels way better, so sad this EPG is still not in working order....

edit, just got confirmation from Hdhomerun, they the same problem that Channels does :frowning:

I did not understand when buying this 80 dollar subscription, that it cannot make use of DVB guide :frowning:

Can you tell us more about the issue you have with our guide data? Gracenote shows guide information for Finland.

For whatever reason the Sanoma/Nelonen owned channels Nelonen, Jim, Liv and Hero aren't supplying Gracenote with listings so their schedules just say "Julkaistaan pian" (To be Announced)

I got Jellyfin to update EPG data correctly in Finland so I believe Channels should be able to do it also? I'm guessing Sanoma is still not interested in supplying EPG data to Gracenote.
