Error adding a TVE source

I had to delete a TVE source, then re add it (long story)
It appears I entered the wrong password a couple times and now won’t log in to scan the channels. The source is asking TV. I get a screen saying to confirm some letters or numbers but it is not visible Error for site owner.

So, how can I fix this?

FYI, I can log into Sling with password via their site, just not able to do TVE.

Try logging in to a network's website with your credentials; that ought to clear the CAPTCHA requirement. After successfully logging in on a network website, try rescanning one Channels again; it ought to work then.
