Error during Authentication

My channels subscription was coming up for renewal and I had it on autorenewal. My server started saying the countdown til renewal. not a big deal. After the renewal processed my account online says Active, but my server stopped working telling me I no longer had an active subscription.

I reinstalled the server and got the Error during Authentication, when trying to login from the server page.

I've turned my Firewall completely off and back on again. I'm able to login to my account to post this message and it says I have an active subscription.

When I do the restore Wizard to go from my previous Database backup, it keeps telling me I have no Active Subscription.

Edit: I also just cleared my cache and cookies from Chrome. Tried using MS Edge and have the same authentication issue.

Please submit diagnostics from your dvr web UI under Support > Troubleshooting

Where is your dvr running? Can you make sure that device is connected to the internet?

Maybe just copy paste the last few lines on Support > Logs after seeing the auth error

Just tried submitting again, I turned off all of my firewalls. I'm currently on the computer that has the ChannelsDVR on it.

This seems like the cause. Is this on a PC? Are you accessing the forums on the same PC?

Yes, I'm using the same PC to access the forums. running Win10 20H2

Can you look for any [ERR] lines in the log and paste those

All I can guess is there's some firewall or Adblock kind of thing still running
