Anecdotally this happened at least a dozen times last night during the football game on nfl network. I definitely remember it happening during commercials but don’t recall enough to exclude If it still happened during the game itself. I had to exit back to guide and re select the channel. I don’t recall it happening during recorded programs.
This was on Apple TV iOS 13 beta and the latest beta channels dvr version you can download from the config page by doing the long hold.
The error talked about here is specific to FNC and FBN. If you're seeing something on NFL please post the message from the logs.

Looks like the TVE stream was fine then. Something's up on the ATV side, perhaps due to tvOS beta. Submit diagnostics from the app next time it happens.
