Error "notAuthorized: 0067-No IP address found from request header on NBC

For two days I am suddenly unable to get MSNBC from DirecTv Stream. Attempts to tune NBC owned networks return "notAuthorized: 0067-No IP address found from request header".

I have tried restarting the channels-dvr service, and rebooting the Kubuntu server. Rescanning channels resulted in my total going from 184 channels to 153 channels.

I have submitted logs to support. Will report the fix later.

This was fixed by updating to pre-release version 2023.03.23.0031
