Error Playing Local Media Remotely

Anybody have issues playing local media? I'm getting the below errors when trying to play my content remotely. Any thoughts @tmm1 @maddox or anybody else?

Watched last night without any problems. I've tried this on both my fire stick and iPhone apps and same thing.

After further investigation it seems to have to do with playback of x265 encoded mp4s. Any thoughts on why that would be? I thought x265 was supported, especially on apple devices...

It's only supported in Original streaming mode

@tmm1 Ahh I see! explains why it works at home cause it's original at home. thanks!!

Is this something that would be possibly be addressed in the future? Hard to play original quality remotely. If it's not might have to rethink using HEVC :frowning:
