Error setting up content on new Channels DVR setup

I just installed Channels DVR to a QNAP NAS. My HDHomerun hasn't arrived yet, so trying to adding my first source - Philo. I put in my email address and it sent me a verification, confirming that I am adding an Android source... which I'm not, its a QNAP which should be Linux. Regardless, I confirm it and then on the Channels DVR I come back and have this error.

chrome failed to start: ln: /share/MD0_DATA/.qpkg/ChannelsDVR/channels-dvr/data/chromedp-chroot/headless-shell/swiftshader/.: File exists /share/MD0_DATA/.qpkg/ChannelsDVR/channels-dvr/data/chromedp-chroot/headless-shell/headless-shell: error while loading shared libraries: libdl.so.2: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32

Which model QNAP? Seems like it might have a 32bit CPU?

TS-659

I also have a TS-231 if that would work better, although I have a lot more drive space on the 6 bay.

I just tried it on the TS-231 and got a different error there... The TVE feature is not currently available on DVRs with ARM CPUs . So I'm going to guess that I can't use either of my QNAP NAS boxes to run this.

Is there a list of either which NAS models, or what the requirements are, for TVE to work? I am looking at a WD MyCloud Home, but looking at the instructions for installing Channel DVR on WD MyCloud, there are a lot of packages and not clear if the MyCloud Home is supported.

Do you know which specific model it is?
TS-659, TS-659 Pro, TS-659 Pro+, TS-659 Pro II, etc.
or better yet, what CPU it uses, i.e. Intel Atom D510 dual core, etc.

Its the original TS-659 I believe. Not sure if it had a Pro designation or not.

QTS OS updates ended in 2017 with 2017-12 (QTS 4.2)

We are working on ARM and 32bit support right now. I will share some beta testing instructions this week

First link I posted above shows there is no vanilla TS-659. There are
TS-659 Pro (Intel Atom D510)
TS-659 Pro+ (Intel Atom D525)
TS-659 Pro II (Intel Atom D525)
According to Intel ark these are 64bit processors, but don't know if QNAP runs 64bit linux on them.

Would uname -a answer that?

I'm pretty sure its the Pro. From some googling, I found a guy trying to get a 64 bit OS loaded onto it, so I'm pretty sure its running 32 bit OS even though the processor supports 64 bit. I'm certainly not going to take on changing the OS, so I'll wait to see what @tmm1 comes up as a beta.

Can you submit diagnostics from the DVR on the TS-659 Pro

I removed Channels from the NAS and installed it on a Mac Mini instead. If it would help you out, I can reinstall it on the TS-659 and try to get you diagnostics. Will it disrupt my devices if I do that? I seem to remember when I first switched it took a bit of starts and stops to get it to stop trying to go to the NAS and instead go to the Mac Mini instead.

If you could install another instance on your QNAP, and then after setup uncheck the Bonjour checkbox. That way it can just be a test DVR and your TVs will still connect to the mac.

Once you set up the test DVR, click-and-hold the Check for Update button, then try to login to TVE and submit diagnostics.

Where do I uncheck the Bonjour checkbox?

Since it never completes the setup of Guide Data, I never get to the screen that has the Basic Setup section. It still has the 3 initial setup steps at the bottom. I'll just uninstall it for now. Interesting that I have the HDHR now, and that is stuck at 1% loading guide data. The TVE still fails as it did before.

Well scratch that... I exited it trying to load guide data, and the finished the initial setup and I could then uncheck Bonjour.
