Error when first starting FOX ATSC 3.0 from HDHomerun

Often, when i select an ATSC 3.0 channel, I get an error message after a delay:

Streaming to the tuner failed. Press play to try again. (Weak Signal)

Pressing play will then start the playback.

Only on ATSC 3.0, mostly on a local OTA FOX channel

Source is HDHomeRun Flex 4k

Strange. When I first try it and get the error, the HDHomerun Status page shows No Tuner in use. When I retry it the HDHomerun Status page shows all metrics at 100%

The error we are reporting is the error the HDHomeRun returned to us.
