Hello, my family is traveling out of the country for a few weeks. Trying to connect on my Galaxy phone. I select "away from home" then it takes me to the authorization screen. After hitting that I get this error. Any thoughts?
So trying it in incognito mode I'm able to get to the welcome back login page. After entering my username and password then it times out. This happens for me on Wi-Fi and cell network.
Sounds like port forwarding is not setup correctly on your router at home.
You can check what portchecker.co shows at home for 8089. It should be listed as OPEN

I pinged your url for channels. Does the IP it resolves to match your public IP?
